This is the first presidential election my daughter is eligible to vote in and she is so excited about it. She registered as a high school senior and voted for the first time in the primaries. When she called me to tell me she had cast her first ballot, I got all teary. I am heartened to see more young people becoming politically active. My daughter even ran for president of her college’s (Univ. of FLA) honor’s organization and won as a freshman. Teens and young adults have to become more active, more concerned with the future of our country and the only way to do that is to get out and vote. I’m 110% behind you on this.
