
I would like to give a great big thumbs up to Remington today…Thumbs Up 5
Last night my son borrowed his Dads hair clippers.
and as he was having a bit of bother he decided to unscrew the blades.
one of the screws ended up down the plughole.
so I phoned Remington and asked them where I could buy a replacement screw…
the operator asked for my address and said she’d send one out to me straight away!
(no charge)
I should receive it in 3 days time or it could come tomorrow
how nice of them :>))

We don’t hear enough stories like this, the bad experiences usually surface first!
