Really, it seems to me the cool people here on the buzz are taking the changes in the buzz ranking way to personally and somehow making it about them. Are we soo full of ourselves and totally self absorbed to think this? As if the Antman just sits around all day trying to find ways to completely screw up everyones buzz rankings. This might be a great wake up call for some of the buzz users to find a way to get a life and might just might be a way to tell you- THIS IS NOT ABOUT YOU! You know who you are and should be embarrassed for yourselves. Go back to just having fun here - after all isn’t that what it’s all about?

i haven’t seen anyone who thinks this is a nafarious plot by antman to sink the “cool” people, whoever those might be. i haven’t seen anyone who feels this was targeted at them.
i have seen folks who spent a lot of time earning a certain rank and were shocked and upset to see that whisked away overnight. i see a lot of folks trying to help cre8buzz see how they’re using the site, what their expectations are and wondering if there’s room for conversation about how to continue tweaking the algorithm.

Because it not about you, it’s about cre8Buzz as a whole and making it fair for all regardless of how long a person has been a member or how much effort they’ve put in before the newbies come along. It’s about making sure each and every person has an equal chance at getting to the top and shining, if they deserve it.
Before my ass gets chewed and spit out, yes, I think EVERYONE is in favor of making past work count for something. But, the whole concept of this place (at least since I joined in January), has been blatantly obvious since Day 1. Fresh content. Reach out and network if you want to get to the top.
Finally, there are wheels in motion to make that happen.
