Just as a follow up to Look What the Dog Found posted here on The Anthill…

The bunnies and Momma are gone. They went on their way to live and eat in someone elses yard. Probably my neighbor who just had the entire front and back yards re-landscaped.

They were very thankful for their stay in such luxurious accomodations. To show their thanks, the Rabbit family helped fertilize the garden and beds by leaving a pile of rabbit fertilizer next to, and under, each bush and plant they had a bite of.

And with that…take care and have a great weekend.

I haven’t seen any rabbits in our yard, but plenty of cats, squirrels, possums and a woodchuck that likes to tear the fence apart. It seems they all like to ‘mark’ their favorite spots. Then our dog, Madison, has to remark the whole place. I’m feeling left out and a bit terratorial myself. So, you have a great weekend, too. Excuse me now, while I step out back to do some marking of my own.

Ah, we have had bunnies for years. And yes, they do help fertilize my flower beds!

But I like watching them hop, hop, hop around my big backyard!
