US Statistics indicate that 20% of families consider adoption, but only 2% actually adopt. If you have never adopted, what is keeping you from it? If you have already adopted, what would it take for you to do it again?

For us to adopt again it would just take a way to make it financially possible!

I wish more people were aware of what a wonderful thing it is to adopt a child. Our son is a true gift and a blessing to our family.

I am a birth mother (11.22.78) and have two kids on the autism spectrum. I have thought about special needs adoption. If something happens to me I believe my kids would probably end up in foster care system.

I do not know if any agency would let me adopt and not sure how fair that is to my two kids, but I have experience and we could bring a lot to another child who is alone. ~ Bonnie
