I guess html is not allowed... It sure would be nice if input fields specified what tags (if any) are allowed. Also, a forum is pretty useless if you can't even post links, and no one likes to read more than a line or two of unformatted text.

Bullet points, section headings, bold and italicized text - these things exist to make text content easier on the eyes. Please don't take them away.

I think you can post links. Just not with anchors. You just paste the url in.
