So, I wanted to ask the married/long-term relationship women if they get along with their in-laws.

The reason I ask is because, I actually get along great with my in-laws. Not only that, but I live <b>3 </b> doors down, and they always call before coming over and I CHOOSE to go hang out with them. I get along not only with my husbands parents but his sister too.

The only problem in this scenario? My sister-in-laws in-laws. Now, since my SIL has 2 kids, we inevitably have to be around them at holidays and birthday parties..and while this isn't Jerry Springer, tension and annoyance abounds.

So I want to hear horror stories, and from the people like me who actually enjoy their in-laws.
