Uhm, what happens when you accidentally click on "report comment" when what you really wanted to do was reply to it? Is there a way to "un-report"?

Okay, that's probably not what happens. At least, I hope it's not, because I accidentally report someone at least once a day. That button needs to be changed into "reply" and turn the "report" into a link. It's just a natural webstinct to hit the most visible button for "reply".
