I LOVE HER...but..

This might garner some support.. or scorn.

Finish that sentence-

I LOVE HER..but.. Why cant she "close" anything? Why are the peanut butter and various jars closed with the cap on cockeyed?

Why do the jelly jars only have half a twist?

Why are all the cabinet and drawers open in the bathroom after she gets done in the morning?

Why do I look up and see the upstairs bathroom light on.. for no reason.. when I pull in from work?

Maybe thats WHY I love her?! :)

So you can be the man and use your muscles to close the jar...

So you can be the man and use your might to close the cabinets and drawers...

So you can puff out your chest and run up the stairs to turn the light off and claim that you exercised....

Oh, my wife leaves the lights on all the time. Then gets peeved at me when I ask her to turn the lights off when she leaves a room.

I'm sure I don't do anything that bothers her...

...why does she leave her half-socks all over the house? ...why does she not roll up and seal bags of pretzels, potato chips or fritos?

Yeah. I'm also pretty sure I don't do anything that bothers her.

Yike. All of the above, and... leaves trash on the table (inches from the rubbish bin) and dishes on the counter (inches from the dishwasher). It's like she doesn't see stuff that's not away.

But, yeah, sheepishly, I love her. Lots.

points out the very obvious, as if I don't have a clue. Well that part may be true but yeesh! But then she keeps me grounded and for that she deserves a medal.

I am astonished that my wife hits literally every point mentioned so far-- I expected some consolation, but there's none to be had! Does that make her/me the winner? lol

I love her like crazy, and I'll have to console myself by thinking that our differences are what bind us.

I love her...but...

...how come she gets upset when I nudge her during the night to stop her snoring? Even though she says she doesn't.

...how does she know that her and the kids desire for a barbeque oppositely relates to the type of day I had?

...why does she never have a craving to eat the type of food that I want to when we go out?

Things that make you go hhhmmmm!
