So who's interested in weight loss discussion? What are you working on? What's working for you? Or what's not working for you? What's your goal?
I'm Amber. I'm not currently doing anything but gaining weight. Sigh. I need to do something and stick with it for longer than a week. I've done Weight Watchers and had my biggest success with them. I've got 4 kids. My last three were born in 2 1/2 years. So my body has been through the wringer. I want to say lately- but the reality is that my baby is 2.
I'm moving this next week. So I'm giving myself until the week after we've moved in to get settled- then I need to recommit for myself.
I'm going on a cruise in January with my husband's company and I want to make a goal to lose a significant amount of weight by then. 50lbs? I've got at least 100lbs to go before I'm at a healthy BMI.
So how about you guys? Is anyone there?
