Greetings everyone. I just wanted to drop in and introduce myself to the group. I work for a national commercial real estate firm called Spectrus Real Estate. We sell whole properties and undeveloped/raw land to single buyers. We traditionally help out those investors looking to complete a 1031 exchange and we also pay referral fees to real estate professionals.
