Hello fellow realtors, are you seeing any improvement in the Florida marketplace? I have just sold two of my own investment properties in Texas since the beginning of 2008. These properties were on the market for a few years... I didn't lower the prices, I raised them. I'm hoping the Florida market starts to improve soon. Any comments?

Robert: I think the freeze is thawing....I am seeing more traffic here, and I have new "motivated" buyers. It seems like each day there are more and more listings in the "pending" category. This is a VERY GOOD thing!
