I'll make the first suggestion! I think we should hold a cyber open house for all the other groups that are members of cere8buzz.

Get out your listings and show them off at a "VIP Members Only" preview at our first "cre8buzz Real Estate Open House Tour". How fun would that be?

Sell a home to someone from the education or finance category here on the Buzz. Put on your blue suede shoes and let's get to dancing here! :-)

On the technical side, I'd love to see the ability to do more with our posts and graphics etc. Font colors, sizes, photos all play a big role in the success of a good looking Blog post.

Hey Hey...I have a couple of suggestions. I agree with both of your above, so count me in on that idea.

Also, does cre8Buzz want us to promote our individual listings here?? If so, without the ability to load graphics, perhaps we could put our HTML code for POSTLETS here too. But, we can't load there here for our posts either.

I am NOT, repeat NOT...complaining!! As I am not as experienced a blogger as you and many others here.

OK, OK....another suggestion. I wish there was a "template" choice for our pages. I see your profile page is different that the standard issue, and I see lots of folks that now how to change it. I recently read Midori's post about that, and still haven't figured out how to do it. I am not an HTML wizard. So, perhaps we need a "Pick a Layout/Design" Button for Dummies like me.

I've read Brad's suggestions from the forum, etc. I agree that we need more functionality with posting. I would also like to see that if you click a hyperlink, it opens in a new window. It's very irritating to have to keep on going back.

Another comment: What's is the use of having the time and date of when you registered with Cre8buzz listed under our pics. I could think of more useful information there. One choice might be our location or even just that date and time of the comment.

OK, so now I'm being a pain in the butt. I was just looking at the available forums and there is a # after the authors name - what does that stand for? Is it necessary? Maybe a heading would be more useful.

Another issue I have, do we need both a 'forum' section and also 'ask the group?' When I did post something in a forum - Antman told me at the time that it would be better to ask the group, which I readily did. We do get emails when a comment is asked of the group. Maybe we should get emails when a forum is started - or maybe eliminate one of them. It almost seems redundant.

I'm concerned about the ratings, because I think that then we could fall into the rating game & is there enough oversight to eliminate that from occurring?

As I'm writing this, some of the comments above are grey, some are white with a grey border on the bottom, but they've also changed and I'm still on the same page.

Wouldn't it be easier for the site, that if we wished to become friends with someone that it would automatically allow us to email each other as opposed to a two step process.

Sorry, this is not meant to be a rant, just suggestions.

I love the idea of having an Open House for all our listings. I've already met some people outside of real estate here on cre8buzz and I would love the opportunity to meet more.

All the ideas here are fantastic!

So, here's my suggestion. What do you think about having some contests? Similar to the ones we have on AR, however geared to draw everybody in to mingle and have a great time. I think it's a great way to get to know a great mix of people and the contests always seem to bring out the quiet ones.
